3 March: US & Canada Aviation Traffic Report

Last week (starting February 21), US passenger airlines carried 43% of pre-crisis passenger volume on 58% of the flights utilizing 84% of their fleet.

Notable fleet changes in four weeks since the last update:

• Southwest: +9 B38M
• American: +9 B38M, +5 B772
• United: +9 B39M, -6 B772
• JetBlue: +12 E190, +10 A320, +6 A321
• Alaska: +5 B738
• Frontier: +3 A319 (first flights post-pandemic)

Noteworthy trends: YYZ is about the match the number of flights they were at when the pandemic started; IAH and DFW, had huge drops in traffic on account of winter storm.
