A bit of bookkeeping

We've just launched a few updates to our website's payment system; if you subscribe via the app with the App Store or Google Play, you can stop reading now.

For those of you paying directly through our website, you might notice a few changes:

• In addition to credit/debit cards, we now accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay.
• Manage your payment method by scrolling to the bottom of the account page; the new portal opens with a pay.jettip.net address.
• Email receipts have gotten a facelift and will now come from receipts@payments.jettip.net.

As we approach our seventh year of operations, we've grown to the point of having to pay sales tax in a couple of states. If your billing address is in Ohio or Georgia, we'll be reaching out directly to let you know when sales tax will be applied. Maryland and New Jersey will follow eventually, otherwise subscribers in most other states and provinces shouldn't expect any changes in the near future.

Lots of other things are going on behind the scenes: app updates are actively underway and will be released soon on all platforms, additional data sources are being added, an annual subscription option is in the works, and we're looking forward to seeing many of you next week at SpotLAX and Dorkfest!
